30-Day Return Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Be unused or only lightly inspected.

  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories or components received with the product.

PuffyJoy offers free returns worldwide.

If your return request is approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not send products back without first contacting our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may still qualify for our return policy after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
